How to Advertise
GreenMoves offers three different advertising options – Listing your Eco Property, Inclusion in the Featured Green Developments section, and now we are also able to offer a limited number of Advertising Spaces on the website for like-minded businesses.
Listing Your Eco Property
If you are interested in advertising your eco-property for sale or for rent on GreenMoves, we would ask you to complete a simple Listing Form (click here to download) for each property and return this to us along with a maximum of three images per property to advertising@greenmoves.com.
We will then check the form to ensure that the property meets the GreenMoves criteria and either contact you if there are any issues with the information you have given us, or send you a link to your completed advertisement to check for amendments before the advertisement goes live and we issue you with an invoice.
Once your property listing is live on the website you will receive a regular email reminding you to inform us if there have been any changes in the status of the property. You are requested to let us know as soon as possible when the property is off the market. Additionally each month we will send you details of the number of hits your advertisement has attracted.
We often receive requests from the national press and television programme makers for details of eco properties which meet their particular criteria. When this happens and if your property is suitable we will contact you.
We charge a flat fee and not a percentage of the sale price. Our current fees for listing a property are as follows:
- UK Property for Sale - 1 month of advertising = £75 per property, 3 months for £200;
- UK Property to Rent - 1 month of advertising = £50 per property, 3 months for £125;
- Non-UK Property for Sale or for Rent - 1 month of advertising = £50 per property, 3 months for £125 (we can accept payment in a number of currencies);
- Our rates decrease for multiple properties in either grouping or for longer periods of advertising. Please contact us for a quotation or if you have any queries about advertising, by e-mailing advertising@greenmoves.com.

Please note:-
- In completing and returning the form you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of advertising with us.
- The information you provide will be deemed to be correct and in compliance with the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991. We do not accept any responsibility for any incorrect descriptions that may occur as a result of being given false information.
- It is important to remember that GreenMoves is not an estate agent. GreenMoves will advertise your property for you but does not take calls about your property from potential purchasers.
- There is a small chance that spam filters may put email from us into your Junk Mail folder – please add Properties@GreenMoves.com to your Safe Senders list.

Inclusion in the Featured Green Developments section
The Featured Green Developments section showcases the very best green developments in the UK and beyond. We limit the numbers of Developers in this section so that it remains meaningful and retains its exclusivity. We see inclusion in the Featured Green Developments section as something very prestigious, a benchmark of eco attainment and success and as such our criteria for entry to this section is stringent.

Advertising spaces on the Website
For the first time we now have spaces for advertising from companies which are sympathetic to our aims and ethos. The box ad size is 180 x 120 pixels and we can accept artwork in any format, or alternatively if you send us the artwork we can create the box ad for you. The box ad will link through to any url you request.

We have something to offer for all budgets - our advertising rates start from only £30 depending on page position and length of advertising contract.
